AUTO WEST HONDA ROSEVILLE SERVICE IS THE BEST.... IN ANYWHERE

We have been long time Honda Members and Long time Customers of Auto West Honda in Roseville. We travel a long way to get to the dealership and service counter, living in West Sacramento. After purchasing our first Honda here, we found the service dept to be the best most courteous of any we had experience with. Our Service rep Mike V. is the best we have ever worked with, and to be very clear all of the service reps and the Service manager are great, again the best in the business. I am at a loss for words over the GREATEST customer service, trust we have in Mike, trust in the dept overall, and will continue to purchase Honda vehicles at this dealership in the future, as well as continue having all of our vehicles serviced at this service location. This is due most of all to Mike V.s' handling of our account and the courteous , and thoughtful handling of us when we visit for any service. One very important service Mike provides to us (I am not sure is an industry standard), is when we call in for service and I have situation with , for example the Door Lock actuator failing, he will order the part on speculation that, based on his vast experience and knowledge,being sure it is the correct part (by the way he has never been wrong), and has the part waiting for us and the repair is taken care of during the regular service of the vehicle. I know this goes way above and beyond any service that anyone else has ever given to us in any industry. Many thanks to the Auto West Honda Dealership and Service dept. They are several steps ahead of the competition, and we will expect them to remain that way for some time to come. Joe Potch
