I wouldn't go here again

1. I called ahead and told the sales manager exactly what I was looking for. He told me he would pull out a few cars for me to look at but then I had to wait for a long time after I got there because he didn't feel like honoring his word because "not everyone shows up". Lazy for a $20,000+ purchase.. 2. We had agreed on a sales price but then it kept going up during financing. After walking out several times, they were able to find "missing discounts" and keep the payment at the level initially agreed upon. 3. The salesman told me that the tank would easily get 500 miles. This was a complete lie as I have observed about 300 miles, with the eco button pushed and very conservative driving. 4. After the deal was done, the salesman told me he would go get my car ready to show me. I sat for a little over a half hour before walking outside and finding him leaving a family from another test drive. I didn't think it was very professional trying to work 2 appointments at the same time. 5. After the purchase, I received the same welcome e-mail multiple times from multiple people. They are clearly not all on the same page and are frankly getting pretty annoying at this point. DO NOT go to this dealership if you want a hassle free car buying experience. I would recommend University Honda in Davis. The sales staff there will not go back on their word and the post car purchase experience is 100x better.
