onI purchased a new 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Central Valley Nissan. I had ordered some additional parts that needed to be installed. They called me when the parts arrived to set up a convenient time for me to install the parts. While installing the parts, the techs noticed some small scratches on the top of the vehicle that we had not, and probably would not have ever seen. They bought it to our attention, showed us, and repaired the problem, instead of ignoring it and letting rust get started. I also had questions about the ABS ( Anti-lock brakes ) and another technician not only explained it in layman terms, but gave me a copy of the system description from the Service Guide ( The Dealer repair manual ) and any Maintenance Bulletins issued by Nissan. As a ex-Navy Aircraft Electrician and competent mechanic, I'm here to tell you: That is SERVICE the way it should be. My thanks to Chuck and the rest of the Service crew for such a great attitude and attention to detail, it makes for great service!
