MBLN is a top notch dealership - they deserve 10 stars! Family owned makes a big difference. After being a happy BMW owner for many years, i decided to try Mercedes. I was hesitant at first but I'm glad i did. Personalize pleasant experience !! they exceeded my expectations compared to the other bigger dealership in OC who claims to be # 1 - however, it is a volume dealership where you are literally just another number. Alek has a warm no pressure attitude & he focused on my needs and wants. very knowledgable, cordial and did anything he can to meet my requirements. Ali/sales manager is the best I've encountered thus far. he saved me from the pain of going back and forth no haggle- very forthright and smooth final outcome. I was a loyal BMW customer for many years because of service. Michael from finance gave me all the information to guide me through which option i should go with. Again, unlike other financial department - he made sure i was there in and out- everything ready in nice little folder. No gimmicks or extreme sales pitch on extras- just enough information to make my decision on what suits my needs. I am now an MB fan! loved the car, extremely satisfied with transaction - fastest most straightforward and best of all - personalized. MBLN proved and showed that Customer satisfaction is their priority!! I now plan to be a loyal MB owner for the many more years to come Thank you Alek , Ali and Michael !
