onI dropped my recently purchased Jetta off at pacific to get an outstanding recall taken care of. I waited for a little bit before my car was checked in but not a problem. Then I was given a complimentary ride to my doctors office. I was quoted 3-4 hours for the service and it only took 1.5hrs and then I was sent a complimentary Uber to pick me up. Susan Ahn was helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable when I asked about the details of the recall that I came in for. The only thing that I would have liked was a little more detail about the courtesy check that was completed just because my car was used and I wanted some more info but since nothing was wrong it ended up being okay. I will definitely bring my car back here in the future.
