Poor Service, Dishonest Dealership - Don't go there - You will be sorry

onI bought my first new car at Putnam. I thought mysalesguys was some onedecent, untiI I picked up the car and he wasn't there to show me anything about the car.The car was dirty , they didn't eve have the decency to remove the stickers so I ould see to drive it.Two weeks later I brought the car in to have the bumper pads added and to get the detail. THey kept the car all day and when I returned it still was not cleaned...stickers still on the windows. I called the sales man Raul and he infomred me they would make things right. I explained to him my window was getting stuck. He told me that happened to another person he sold a car to because they did not remove thesticker and it broke the seal inside the window. This past weekend I took the car in for the window and an oil changes and the full detail. Again, I left the car all day. When I picked the car up I was told the window did not stick on them so they were not going to chnage the seal. Iasked about the oil change and was told it's a new car!! WHat do yo uexpect ??? Lastly, I got in the car to still see a sticer stuck on the window behind the rear view mirror. My full service detail was a quick run aournd the car with a hose. I have left the Manager a message and hope they return my call for whatever that is worth. My advice to anyone reading this is don't waste your time. I have spent over 16 hours of my life at this place,,,with terrible service.Iwill never buy another car from Putnam again. They are very dishones, and do not meet the standard that Suburau sp proudly advertises.
