I never leave reviews, but felt that I needed to do so for Bill Luke and their sales team. I dealt with poor service at 3 dealerships in northern California. One place didn't know the features on their own vehicles, another place kept offering me vehicles that were completely different from what I asked for, and the other (to which I drove 70 miles from my home) pulled a bait-and-switch on the price after my test drive. After e-mailing with Anastasia of Bill Luke's internet team and getting honest, straightforward answers, I felt confident enough to put down a deposit and fly to Phoenix to purchase the new Jeep that I wanted. Tank was my on-site salesman and he was completely professional, honest, and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. In fact everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. To the sales team at Bill Luke: thanks for the great service, and working with you was completely worth the plane ticket and the 800-mile drive back. I love my new car!
