Liberty GMC

I was a returning customer to Liberty as my Terrain lease was about to expire. Nicki Friedman sent me an email and she started the new car process with me. Nicki was fun and informative along with answering all of my questions. As I wanted most of the agreements to be made prior to my trip to Phoenix, Nicki worked to see that my request was accomplished. An appointment was made for me to come to Phoenix to meet with Nicki and Amy Lorraine. What an amazing experience was waiting for me. Amy helped me with what I needed in a vehicle and made sure I was happy and had what I needed. When it was time for the paperwork, Winston and Cory were both easy to work with and interested in making sure I was happy. The entire experience did not take long as everyone was cognizant of the fact I had a to drive back home. Before I left there was a small issue with the vehicle and as it was a Sunday, the people needed to fix it were not available. I had a phone call from Amy and Laura on Monday with arrangements for the vehicle to be fixed on my schedule. Once again, it was a pleasant experience. It is my recommendation that anyone who is interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle that they definitely try Liberty and ask for Amy.
