Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham made my recent AMG purchase a pleasant experience. My sales consultant, Steve Carter, was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the car I purchased. Carl Morris walked me through the electronics operation and also was friendly and very helpful. I had a couple of recent followup questions and both Steve and Carl were very prompt and knowledgeable in their assistance.
