What is the coolest thing about working at Edmunds?

The way Edmunds.com treats their employees, and how truly exceptional their workplace environment is.

Tell us about your favorite Edmunds memory?

The day that I received an email saying that Edmunds.com was offering me a job. Spoken like a true New-Hire.

What do you like to do for fun?

Playing guitar, hiking Southern California's beautiful mountains, attending my church, and helping said church lead worship.

Tell us about your first car:

1995 Pontiac Sunfire. It cost me $1,200 of my hard earned Chick-Fil-A dollars (a fast food joint in the Southern United States, if you're not familiar) and it had milky oil when I bought it. Usually this just means water is mixing with the oil. The two most common problems associated with milky oil are: a blown head gasket or a cracked engine block. So my first car was a gamble. I learned everything about engines while my dad and I tore it down and discovered that it was only the head gasket. So after the engine rebuild I drove it for a while and eventually passed it on to my little brother, who he then sold to his boss at work for his boss' son. Last I heard that car had over 300,000 miles on it, and it's still going. Great car.

Tell us about what you currently drive:

I currently am driving a 2013 Honda Fit Base model. I needed a great car with a low monthly lease payment. My Honda is great on gas, and it fits all of my music gear in the back, with the seats down of course.
