What is the coolest thing about working at Edmunds?

Being surrounded by and involved in car culture - it makes me enjoy waking up in the morning and coming in to work.

Tell us about your favorite Edmunds memory?

My favorite Edmunds memory was right after I was first hired, going to the first Edmunds Car Show and sharing a few beers with new co-workers down on Venice Beach. I knew right then that I had made a good choice.

What do you like to do for fun?

Enjoy roads like Mulholland in the Santa Monica mountains and drive through the twisties, bike the path on Venice Beach, hike the local trails, discover and enjoy food and beverages around southern California.

Tell us about your first car:

It was a hand-me-down 1983 Oldsmobile Delta-88 with 300k miles in the official color of character-building cars: faded brown. With two functional bench seats we legally seat-belted 6 people in the car and comfortably fit 10 high-schoolers. It was my ticket to freedom and it could hit a shopping kart at 35mph without sustaining any damage. It taught me exactly what I never wanted to own again.

Tell us about what you currently drive:

I drive a 1996 Acura Integra that I spend way too much time and money modifying and obsessing over. I've designed it to fit my needs in every way and it's a wonderful daily driver and enthusiastic weekend warrior. I've learned many lessons about cars, fixing them and driving them just by owning this car and I don't think I'll ever bring myself to sell it.
