Best customer servicce!

We went to another local dealer and they claimed they couldn't get the car we wanted for several months and they had to order it. I decided to just call around and I got very lucky. Our sales person Sam from Jim McKay said immediately, let me see what I can do. Within a few hours he had located the vehicle we wanted and he personally picked it up for us. We had our car that week! He was so incredibly helpful and friendly and we will use Sam from now on!!

Sam Namman is the Best

I really applaud the way Sam cared for hubby and I during our visit! He did a great job of explaining everything in simple language and helped take photos of us and our new blue 4-wheeled baby. Weeks after we got the car, he still checked up on us to make sure all was going great. That speaks volumes and we appreciated that. I would recommend him you find him when you go for your purchase.

I dealt with Sam directly over the phone. He communicated with me via calls and text constantly through the whole transaction. He even video called me to show me the suv since I was from out of state. He even went above and beyond and scheduled delivery on the veichle. This was the easiest and smoothest purchase ever. Found the car I wanted.

I had just totaled my 2008 Buick Lucerne, it was silver. Loved my car and wanted another. Up steps Sam Namman after I noticed an identical Buick on their website. Had it ready for me and provided a short term finance agreement so I could get back on the road. After driving a few thousand miles I find this car is better than the one crashed. Thanks Sam!

I’ve been to a few dealerships who say anything to get me there just to send me home with nothing. Alex said let’s get me in a car when I first sat down and kept his word for sure!! I left with a 2024 with 50 miles on it and I must say that was not in my plans. The process was super smooth and everyone involved was a great help. Alex makes things happen!!

I bought the 2024 Chevy Trax Ls three weeks ago after watching several youtube about the new design of the Trax and I am very happy with the choice. I drove test the car as well as my son since I bought it for him and we both liked it so much. Quality and price are both you can be found in this new Trax. The car is amazing for the price and the latest safety similar to the high end Chevy Blazer. Jim McKay the chevy dealer that I bought the car from is not far from my house and the salesman Alex Vasques was very helpful and easy to deal with.

Oil change gone bad

I just moved to the DMV area and this was the first time I brought my car to be serviced at this location. I brought it in for an oil change (NO TIRE ROTATION), 95K mile four-point inspection, and for them to see why my rear driver side tire sensor wasn't reading. All other 3 tire sensors were giving me a tire pressure reading in the controls except for the driver's side rear. I made an appointment for 8am and dropped off my car on time and got a ride on the shuttle to work while they worked on my car. It wasn't until about 2pm that they called to tell me that in the four-point inspection, there were a few things that were recommended. I had another appointment to go to so, long story short, I told them that I will take care of those items at a different time and that I will need the shuttle to come pick me up at work to take me back to the Chevrolet to pick up my car. The person that I spoke to told me that she was unable to tell the drivers to come get me and that I would have to talk to my technician who was on the phone and had been on the phone for the last hour. My other appointment was at 4pm, 30 minutes away from the Chevy, so I was in a rush to get my car. I ended up ordering an Uber to take me to Chevrolet. I get there around 3-315, they take forever to get my car and paperwork completed. I finally get my car, checked under the hood like I always do after an oil change to ensure thay they refilled the fluids (part of an oil change service). They didn't refill my washer fluid so I had to get someone to do that. I go through my controls to look at the tire pressure window, now ALL FOUR tire sensors are not reading. I let them know and a random car technician was telling me that I just need to drive it around a little bit. I informed him that is not true because I have gotten multiple oil changes and have never had to "drive it around" to get the sensors to read. In this moment more time has gone by and I am now late for my other appointment. They had my car since 8AM!!! for a simple oil change (NO ROTATION) and an inspection. What is the point of an appointment?! Finally the Service Manager came out and did a reading of the sensors. I told the manager that they better not have rotated my tires. The only tire they would need to look at is the one I mentioned in the beginning. I just got my tires rotated the week before somewhere else. He came over and explained to me that when one sensor goes out and they use their machine to diagnose, all the other sensors stop reading. Once I fix the one bad sensor they can get the others to read. This explanation put me at ease and I told him that if someone had just explained that in the beginning I wouldn't have been upset and I was more upset with the random technician telling me to drive it around. I was late to my other appointment and I will never EVER go back to this location.

Sales person was great, the rest has been awful

We drove 2 hours to look at and purchase this car. Our sales rep, Alex, was amazing. However, everything since the day I purchased the car has been nothing but a mess. - the car was listed with 2 keys. When I asked about the second, they said there was not one. Now I need to pay hundreds of dollars to get the second. - when I got home from my 2 hour drive we noticed a chip in the windshield that did not happen during that drive. They refused to address it so I am out a few hundred dollars more to fix that. - I did not receive my paperwork from the sale for a month and only after 3 emails and 11 phone calls. - the bank I signed the paperwork for the loan was not the bank that ended up financing my vehicle. No one notified me if the change. I found out when this other bank started sending me emails about my new account??? - when I finally did receive my paperwork a signature that was not mine was on this paperwork for the new bank??? - I was charged for taxes in the wrong state. - My registration transfer was never submitted so the day my temp tags expired I got a call from someone saying they were sending me a new tag and submitting my transfer request. - Now, a full 2 months after I purchased the car I got my registration and the wrong bank is listed on it. Come to find out that is where the title is... With the bank that I did NOT have a loan with??? - when I called to speak with a manager she blew off every concern I had. She never even asked my name or what car I bought. She made a ton of excuses and talked down to me like I was stupid. She kept telling me to make my payments. Why do I need to be told to make my payments? That's not even an issue! I wanted to know why everything is messed up, why a bank that I do not have an account with has the title to my car, and asked that she at the very least get the key I was promised. She refused. I said I was tempted to bring the car back and she said it would be considered a repo and they would not do anything for me. But she offered for me to trade the car in. Are you serious right now???? She ended up hanging up on me. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. They have messed up everything about the purchase of this car. Luckily I love the car because it is clear I am stuck with it no matter how much of a cluster this has been.
