I am actually blown away at the fact that the staff got me a better route to trading my vehicle to the dealership over what i usually do with CarMax. I would gladly buy from this dealership in the future. I felt absolutely no pressure during my visit but enjoyed very pleasant conversation and my sales rep gets to know me and my vehicle needs.

Above and beyond

Myda, Angle and Marcos went above and beyond every expectation I had walking in. I told them the truck I wanted and they made it happen with a better deal than I ever thought was possible! I was so impressed and excited about my brand new Z-71 and told my dad how awesome they where to me he came and bought a brand new truck himself! They treated us like family and even after the sale they still and treating us like family. Even checked in to make sure I was still completely sastisfied with it! I highly recommend Robbins Chevrolet and there entire crew. We are now will only buy from Robbins! Thanks again yâall!

We walked in the lot and no one came out to greet us, we made it all the way to the pre-owned section and that is when Chris West came out greeted us, walked in the smoldering heat with us and showed us car after car IN THE NEW CAR SECTION. I was very impressed as he didn't try to keep us in his department. I was still undecided when i left the lot and had appointments to look at other models at different dealerships, but Chris text me on a Sunday (the dealership is closed on Sundays). He went out of his way to text me on his day off and told me to trust him and give him a chance to get me the car i wanted. I went in the very next day and i had already made my mind to settle for a car that cost 10K less, but he said don't settle if the 2016 Impala LTZ is what you want that's what we are going for. He was amazing through the whole process. We are going to be reaching out to him soon to get a SUV for my spouse and possibly a car for our daughter.

Five Star Service

I brought my Impala in for its 35K mi scheduled maintenance, the service Tech was training "the new-bee" and I thought oh no why me. This could not have been a better experience. The Tech reviewed my service and repair records and found there was work done recently I had forgot, and this saved me money. Sense this service was going to take some time the Tech offered a shuttle ride so I went to the Mall to help make the time go-bye. Before I knew it they called ,said they were ready to pick me up. This is the way Five Star Service should be.

Waited too long at Robbins!

My experience during the oil change was rated a 1 because they quoted me an hour long wait and I ended up there almost 3 hours. There were not enough seats for the customers, so many began to sit in their cars and wait. It wasn't until I stopped an attendant that I found out there was an additional waiting area with restrooms. The attendant that assisted me was very disconnected and appeared to be unconcerned when asked the status and pricing? In closing, I left Robbins Service Center very frustrated with the walk-in no appointment process.

I scheduled an appointment because of a recall about a torque sensor that I had on my Malibu. Everything was fine except when the panel to access my power steering on the passenger side fell off when I started driving and I don't know how to put it back on. Other than that my car drives better than before.

If I could get these guys a raise on what I am about to say I would but sad I cannot. but Mr.Marc was very friendly,helpful, and had a great attitude. Not only that he remembered me everytime I came in which took three days to get everything straight the financial manager was very helpful in making you understand what you was signing and very friendly. Now I saved the best for last MR. CARLOS RODRIGUEZ was he a great friendly, patient, greeted you with a smile at all time made sure I understood every aspect of my new car I am enjoying it and looking forward to see how she flow on the highway. I give Robbins Chevrolet from the front door to the back door and completing everything a rating of one thousand percent and I would be more than happy to refer someone else. shout out to Carlos Rodriguez thank you guy again

Was great, walked in, a salesman, Gary Kincaid, greeted us, took us to his desk and proceeded to answer our questions. Found us what we wanted which had to be brought in from another location.
