onI brought my Impala in for its 35K mi scheduled maintenance, the service Tech was training "the new-bee" and I thought oh no why me. This could not have been a better experience. The Tech reviewed my service and repair records and found there was work done recently I had forgot, and this saved me money. Sense this service was going to take some time the Tech offered a shuttle ride so I went to the Mall to help make the time go-bye. Before I knew it they called ,said they were ready to pick me up. This is the way Five Star Service should be.
