Waited too long at Robbins!

onMy experience during the oil change was rated a 1 because they quoted me an hour long wait and I ended up there almost 3 hours. There were not enough seats for the customers, so many began to sit in their cars and wait. It wasn't until I stopped an attendant that I found out there was an additional waiting area with restrooms. The attendant that assisted me was very disconnected and appeared to be unconcerned when asked the status and pricing?
In closing, I left Robbins Service Center very frustrated with the walk-in no appointment process.
