Liccardi Ford Lincoln

I visited 2 other Ford dealer close to us (Maple crest Ford) and Tom's Ford) when Liccardi called to tell me that they have the truck we are looking for only it's in Silver Metallic. We saw a red one at To m's we liked so our Liccardi sales person went and got it for us. And it went downhill from there. I told David Ferrer what we are willing to put down but he charged us extra $500.00. He said the truck will be ready at such a date, it wasn't, I am constantly waiting and wasting my time. He said he made the first bill 45 days, I got the first bill 2 1/2 weeks with the truck. The first bill came before the plates. Still waiting for the weather mats, tail pipe cover and the paint for a big scratch by the driver side David knows about. I text him, he does not respond and no calls either. I am really frustrated. I was going to refer family members who are planning to lease their cars but I've had a change of heart because I don't want them to suffer all the lies I was subjected to. This is the first ever negative review I've ever written in my whole life and it's sad because I don't want to hurt anyone's livelihood but I feel there are customers like me who needs to know.
