Excellent Quality Service with very helpful and friendly staff

onI have been going to Grappone Hyundai for service on my 2008 Elantra since I bought it there in 2008. That includes many trips for routine service such as oil changes and other regularly scheduled maintenance.
Throughout these four and a half years or so there was not one time where the service performed was anything but excellent, where it ever cost me anymore more than was quoted, where I ever had to come back for the same repair or where the staff there had not been exceptionally helpful and friendly.
There were several times where I had to ask to be squeezed in when I did not have an appointment and they always accomodated me. They happily gave me rides to work or a loaner car when needed.
The majority of the time I stayed in their waiting area while waiting for my service and was always greated with a smile, with respect and often offered what treats they may have had from time to time. I felt like I was with good friends.
The waiting areas are always clean and I have constantly taken advantage of the free computer usage they offer while you wait including internet connection where I have been able to answer emails, research and even do work while I waited.
I highly recommend this dealership.
