Everything was straight forward and clear. Everyone was very helpful and knew their stuff! You go in knowing that Grappone is different from all other dealerships and that you are not going haggle over pricing... if you're one of those people who love that game, just stay home. I felt good when I drove away in my new car, confident that I got a good deal.

Purchased car online with Grappone Express and communicated via text with guest services. Much less time sitting around a dealership and was able to pick up the car with minimal hassle. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I really liked the ability to look at all the options on the website with the ability to configure finance and lease options immediately. Helpful for people shopping a range of vehicles who have a busy life.

Prompt follow-ups; All e-mail responses were received within a few hours of our queries. Respect for time; Courtney understood our time constrains and ensured the test drive/ vehicle comparison/ admin. paperwork process was all set to go an hour prior to our arrival. Kudos to Courtney! Very friendly staff; Can't say enough about how important this is. Even if a customer does not purchase from you (that day), smiling faces & helpful attitudes will either make them want to return or at least recommend you to others. ALL of your staff has that down pat. Please keep that up. Through; We were well informed of all of the options available to us, in a complete yet succinct manner. Again kudos to Courtney for her efficiency.
