Excellent Service Department

The customer service is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have been a customer for less than a year, but because of your service dept I came back in November and bought a car. Very happy with Grappone!!

The service professionals at Grappone make me feel SAFE when I drive. I know my wheels have been changed and balanced correctly. I know my engine has been inspected correctly. I know I am paying a fair price for the services I receive. Very reassuring to have reliable professionals take care of your car.

A very pleased customer...again!

This is my second Hyundai that I have bought/leased from Groppone Hyundai. I have always felt that I was in the presence of professionals. I have no time in my life for people who are not honest with their product knowledge and try to flim-flam the customer. I went into the showroom while waiting for my car to be serviced. Melvin not only remembered I was a would be customer almost a year ago, but he even r4emembered my name. That says a lot about your employees. I also asked the service writer if my car would be ready by noon as I had a medical appointment in Manchester scheduled. The car was ready on time as she said she would try very hard to accomplish. The floor mats were vacuumed and I made my appointment on time.

Ignition problem

As always mike was a great help, since the part required had to come from the factory Mike put us in a loaner car so we had a vehicle. Mike provides the best customer service, goes above and bound, none better.

Awful service - road hazard

When I brought my car into this dealership I figured the dealership knew more about the car than my local shop that I usually use. This was a terrible mistake and I will never bring it here again. I brought the car in early in the morning for a check engine light and they said it would only take a couple hours. I called at the end of the day to check the status of it and they hadn't even started work on it. They rushed to finish it by the end of the day for me, and they made many mistakes. After being charged $100 to check the engine, I left with more problems than I came in with, and the gas tank wouldn't fill up any more. I brought it to a different car mechanic and he told me they forgot to reconnect many of the evap hoses. This sort of service from anyone is very unprofessional and I will never bring my car here again.

Do unauthorized recalls before they do the service you came in for.

So I drop my car off for a transmission flush and check recalls, have to be able to pick it up by 3pm call at noon, someone else has my paperwork, they call me back, oh it is up on the lift the wax is drying.... What wax? The wax for the rear suspension recall... Wait who authorized any recalls to be performed???? Oh we just went ahead and did it. Get the call at 2:30PM your transmission fluid looks fine, why are you changing it? Because it is due to be changed!!!! Oh we recommend you not changing it as it can cause issues in high mileage cars (168k really???) so I will never go back, I didn't get an apology I sort of got the feeling this is the way we do business... I will not be doing any purchasing there either thank you Steve the tech and Justin the service misadvisor.

The Best in the Business

Regarding the service of my vehicles, the service department has always answered all my questions ,explained everything thoroughly before servicing the vehicle have treated me like a guest, and are all professional and excellent at what they do. Lee M., the service Manager is the best in the industry. She has been extremely flexible in the past when I needed to get my vehicle serviced on short notice. She is is the ultimate professional, always is upbeat, and has treated my like a guest in her home. I always look forward to saying hi when I come in for service. I have been in management for 30 years, and I truly appreciate service excellence! That is what Grappone Hyundai provides.

Service Department Great Service

Took 2010 Sonata in to have evaluation of problem with radio cutting out when back defroster was put on. Quickly evaluated. There was no code showing, but service personnel found cause of the problem within a very short wait time. We were given information that it was covered under our warranty and that the part would be ordered (a replacement back window) and we would receive call when part was delivered. Part came in and we were called and given an appointment for window replacement. Part was replaced, as promised. Both visits were pleasant experiences. We were always treated with courtesy and respect by staff who are obviously very knowledgeable.

Excellent Quality Service with very helpful and friendly staff

I have been going to Grappone Hyundai for service on my 2008 Elantra since I bought it there in 2008. That includes many trips for routine service such as oil changes and other regularly scheduled maintenance. Throughout these four and a half years or so there was not one time where the service performed was anything but excellent, where it ever cost me anymore more than was quoted, where I ever had to come back for the same repair or where the staff there had not been exceptionally helpful and friendly. There were several times where I had to ask to be squeezed in when I did not have an appointment and they always accomodated me. They happily gave me rides to work or a loaner car when needed. The majority of the time I stayed in their waiting area while waiting for my service and was always greated with a smile, with respect and often offered what treats they may have had from time to time. I felt like I was with good friends. The waiting areas are always clean and I have constantly taken advantage of the free computer usage they offer while you wait including internet connection where I have been able to answer emails, research and even do work while I waited. I highly recommend this dealership.

Reccomend Grappone Hyundai Service

We own and have owned several Hyundai's in the family. We have had our cars serviced at Grappone where we have purchased our cars. Everyone there, especially Lee the service manager is pleasant and helpful. We feel as if we are visiting a long time friend. The waiting area is clean and welcoming. Must importantly the service is top notch. They keep our cars running like they were the day we purchased them brand new off the lot. Our family Highly recommends Grappone.
