I have never written a review of any kind but I have never been treated by a business this way either! The attitude of the service and parts employees was disrespectful and arrogant. I will never go back.

I've never seen such a poor service department but after dealing with the Service Director I can understand why itÂ’s so bad. I took my 2010 Civic in last week to have my oil changed. I should have just gone back to my original dealership but this one is more convenient since moving to LS last year....
