We have always dreaded going to dealerships to buy a car;; but this changed at Lee's Summit when we bought our 2019 Honda CR-V. We ended up with the Touring AWD, but we never felt pressure to upgrade.. Austen was our salesperson and he was fun and easy to work with, he was knowledgeable and professional, He presented our options w/o pressure. All negotiations were completed over the phone, then Austen met us with our new car on his day off. We felt like the entire team worked hard to make it a great experience. Would absolutely recommend!!

We just had a very good experience buying a Honda CRV at Lee's Summit Honda. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was helpful and made the process easier. Eric Kuligowski was the salesperson and we appreciate the thorough manner in which he dealt with all matters concerning the sale and in helping us understand features and options. He was very knowledgeable and forthright. That means something to me. We talked about options on other versions but the EX had what we wanted and I was happy not to be pushed towards more. There were a good number of CRV's to look at and drive. The various option levels were well represented. We chose the 2018 Honda CRV EX with AWD and are happy with our choice. All in all, Lee's Summit Honda is a good place to go if you are in the market for a Honda and I think you will be dealt with in an honest, straightforward way by their people.

Great SUV Great Experience

This was the best SUV purchase experience. I have ever had. It was a no pressure situation throughout the process. Austen Malone, the internet sales person, was outstanding. He answered questions numerous times, was very knowledgeable, and made every attempt to accommodate my requests. I would definitely recommend Lee's Summit Honda.

Excellent Internet Sales

We just purchased a Honda Pilot and the experience could not have been any better. John Moos is the Internet Sales person and he was excellent to work with. I entered an internet request for pricing on the Pilot. John Moos called within ten minutes to verify what I wanted. John then sent me an very good price for the exact Pilot that we wanted. We went to Lee's Summit Honda later that day, test drove the Pilot, discussed and finalized the deal all in about one hour. This is the way that an internet purchase is supposed to work. This eliminates any negotiation and saves a lot of time. Lee's Summit Honda even matched the interest rate that we had received from our credit union. This made the final sale of the Pilot even easier. We received other email offers from area Honda dealers but none of them compared to the initial offer from John Moos and Lee's Summit Honda. Those other dealers defeat the purpose of the internet pricing system.

This was the best buying experience we have ever had! Our sales person was Keelan and he was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable, nice, patient, and answered all of our questions. The best part was he and his team were no-pressure, not aggressive and respected us. Everyone was all around great. The finance manager Darryl got us in and out, was also very nice and respectful. We highly recommend this dealership and especially Keelan!!

We were shopping for an Accord Hybrid and had exhausted our options at our local dealers. After some online research we found the car that we wanted at Lee's Summit Honda so I reached out. Austen contacted us very promptly and was amazing to work with! He was very transparent with the entire process and got us a great deal. We had to make a 3hr drive to get to them but it was worth it. I would highly recommend the Internet Sales Team at Lee's Summit Honda!

Sent an online inquiry late Thursday night. Early Friday morning, I had a response from Internet manager Angela. By noon a deal was done with internet sales manager John moos. Both were fantastic to deal with. Great communication, honest, respectful, candid. Never once felt pressured . I truly cannot say enough good things about them and Lee Summit I truly cannot say enough good things about them and Lee Summit Honda. Well done!!!

Leasing 2018 BLUE CR-V EX L

I needed to lease another car and knew exactly what I wanted and exactly what color I wanted it in. They didn't have the color I wanted in the EX that I was first looking at. We then went over the numbers for an EX L and when I realized the price difference was only about $12 I decided to look at the EX L. They had one in blue but we later found out it was already sold! I was so sad. While outside looking at another vehicle my salesman drives up in another CR-V EX L that was blue. He said it JUST came off the truck. He was going in to make sure it was not saved for someone else. I looked it over and OMGosh I loved it. I walked in hoping he would tell me it wasn't sold to someone else and sure enough I walked in and he said it was MINE! I was so happy I could have cried! It took time but they made sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted and more!!! Thank you!!!!

Justin Garth is the Sales Person to get with, hands down... Not only did he help us purchase a car about 6 months ago after our car was, unfortunately, wrecked but helped us again just this past weekend. He was very patient and in tune with all of our need that we had discussed with him and had great options available to offer us. Justin Garth along with his team (Brandon Blond, Jason Dodd and Will Thompson) were very understanding to our situation and was able to get our financials figured out in a much smaller time frame than we had expected. Lee's Summit Honda is definitely a place that I am going back to buy my next vehicle!!!

New 2018 Civic Lease

I was in pickle. I had college kid out of state with a disabled vehicle (retired engine) and was renting an out of state vehicle to shop for a replacement vehicle -short notice. I spent a whole day at 5 different dealers/brands to come up with a solution - my first response was from Lee''s Summit Honda. The entire deal was online and was the best deal while not even meeting my salesman up until purchase - and he was just as great as my entire experience. I felt somewhat awkward not meeting someone or driving the vehicle there - but the salesman knew what I wanted in a short amount of time - knew my budget/price and made it happen compared to the dealers I had been to - This place understands family and situations in bad times - job well done. I will be back in the future and will highly recommend this dealership and my salesman - Mr. Brandt.

I went to Lees Summit Honda after having done my research online and visiting a couple of other dealerships. I simply wanted to know if they could give me a better deal than the previous two dealerships. I met with a lady (can't remember her name) who was great. We talked numbers for about 5 -10 minutes and a deal was made. Simple as that. There was no trying to upsell me, no BS about why their dealership was the best (take note Jay Wolfe Honda!). Just two grown individuals making a transaction. Thought that would be the best part, but was I wrong. When talking to Don, the finance guy, again there was no guilt trip laid on to buy their extended warranty. He made a really good argument for why I should get one, I said no and we moved on. That had never happened to me before at a dealership. Once the car was bought, I wanted to get it tinted, so I worked with Sean who was a gem and a customer service pro. He offered me a loaner car while my car was getting tinted which took all of 2 minutes to get that taken care of. Honestly, I have never had such an easy car buying experience. Dare I say, even pleasurable. Everyone I worked with was courteous and efficient and I never left like I was getting the runaround. Will definitely come back to Lees Summit Honda for my next car.
