AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake

We came in originally to just look for options for a bigger vehicle since our third child is due in less then 8 weeks. We currently had an Escape. We were not really wanting to go the minivan route but did not want to bite off the huge price tag of an Expedition. Enter Mike G.! He showed us the Ford Explorer with the third row. We had not considered it because our oldest would have to jump over the seat all winter since carseats would be in the middle row. Mike talked to us about the option to lease, which we had not even thought about. By leasing we were able to get a 2015 Ford Explorer with bucket seats for the second row for easy access to the third row...problem solved!!! Our payments leasing are less then if we would have purchased the only used Explorer (2011) we could find that had bucket seats and 70,000 miles. We are loving every bit of our new explorer and are thrilled the stress of finding a vehicle is over. We would definitely come back and would absolutely use Mike G. again. His attention to detail and customer service are a breath of fresh air. Not once did he try to pressure us into anything and took the extra time to look at all the options for us and show us everything about how our vehicle works.
