onI scheduled my service appt online --> a major plus!
This was for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check my car for a recent recall.
I checked in and discussed my service needs and was treated very well, explained things fully --> major plus!
I needed additional service, a replacement for a recall, and another recall check was done at same time. A service representative came out to me in the waiting room, explained the situation, time frames, etc. I was able to have service done while I waited.
While the recalls are not thrilling to hear about, they took care of them in a very timely manner for me. I was very satisfied with the work. They washed my car too! They did a great job as far as I am concerned. My recalls are corrected, service requested done; all pretty quickly.
This is how service should be done. Convenient, quick, correctly. THANK YOU
