This is now the second review I have written because after the first, I was contacted and asked to remove it and give them a second chance, well I did and shouldn’t have! I received an email from this dealer stating that I was a preferred “GM customer” and that I could trade the keys to my current lease in early for keys to a brand new vehicle with no out of pocket cost and no increase in payment. Now of course, this is a scam, and it turned out to be, as I thought. I started dealing with them on Monday at 9am by noon I had the credit app filled out and then.... never heard a word. Called them, emailed them nothing. I have good credit so I knew that was not the problem so I say, “ok”, “whatever” and just leave a note that I am unhappy on Facebook and a negative review. Well, nothing gets attention like that, so by Tuesday at 3:00 or so, I had heard from the sales manager, the internet coordinator and a salesperson all apologizing and offering me the world just to give them another try. The sales manager told me he would personally take care of me and of course, I haven’t heard a word back from him after that even after I made him aware of the new issues that I had encountered. Haven’t heard from him or the General Manager of the dealership. Anyway, I agreed, removed my review and then it got worse. The incompetent salesperson they assigned, was rude and unhelpful. She wanted me to lease one of their courtesy/demo vehicles which I didn’t want. She was very annoyed when I would not do this. She quoted me a monthly payment of more than I am paying now and of course required a hefty some of money down. She pretty much told me to take it or leave it and the kicker is, she would not give me ONE detail about the vehicle she was quoting me after I asked several times. Ok, sure I’ll just agree to lease a Silverado I know nothing about. I am sure no one would have a problem with that. Stay away people. My neighbor warned me and so did a bunch of other people as soon as I posted my issues on my personal Facebook page.

Dennis is a wonderful salesman, very friendly, personable and quite humorous. It didn't seem like we were talking to a salesman at all, offered information that was very helpful to us and was able to answer my questions with ease. Buy this man a beer. The car is awesome and he hooked us up with a good deal on it.

My salesperson Cindy did an excellent job of working with me every step of the way, including a smooth sales closing. The finance manager and the sales manager worked together to craft a lease that fit my situation nicely. I always felt welcomed at Taylor Chevrolet and was treated with respect. I would easily consider buying another vehicle from Taylor Chevrolet and Cindy.

Brian is amazing. He made my first new car purchase (lease) the most wonderful experience I could ever imagine. I had only planned to get my old car fixed up that day, but there were more problems than I anticipated so I inquired about its trade-in value as a down payment for a lease. Brian surprised me with a generous offer and an even more surprisingly affordable lease. He really listened to my needs, no bells or whistles, low cost, and he didn't pressure me at all. Even when I told him I had to at least price out a competitor (due to family obligations) he completely understood and encouraged me to shop around so I could be confident with my decision, recognizing how big of a step it was for my first brand new car! Needless to say, the other guys had pushy salesmen bad mouthing Chevy and offering me a much higher price for an inferior product (based on my test drive). Even if they had had a similar product and price, Brian would've won my business in an instant. He was even patient with and attentive to my 9 yr old ADHD son! Because of Brian's exemplary service, as long as I live in Michigan, I will purchase my cars from him and send him all the business I can!

Very good experience with the dealership. My consultant was super friendly, flexible and did all that she could to get me in the vehicle of my choice and at a rate that I could afford. My consultant explored all options and ultimately, she was able to get me in the car of my choice at a rate lower than I expected or asked for. I am very grateful for the time she spent and the assistance she provided me during this process and very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Taylor Chevrolet to friends and family and I will be returning for my future car purchases.

First I went to Rodgers chevrolet, the salesmen (ted) was very nice and knowledgeable, however their Finance guy was rude and seemed nice a few minutes later. I'm not a salesmen or a financier but the process at Rodgers seemed strained and forced. Now onto Taylor chevy, which I went to by accident trying to find my parents chevy dealer. The atmosphere in this dealership seemed softer or perhaps more casual; this is not a bad thing in fact it feels like a much safer environment to browse stock and find a better deal. Lisa was my saleswoman during my visit to Taylor chevy, and I couldn't have been more comfortable talking to a sales person. I told Lisa what I was looking for and after a minimal wait she put me in my car and I hit the road just waiting too see if this was really going to be my future ride. Upon returning to Taylor chevy I knew this was exactly what I was looking for. My cruze that Lisa showed me wasn't super fancy or really expensive just like I told her I wanted we began talking. Enough of this super long rediculous play by play of my visit, all I can say is I enjoyed dealing with your sales staff at taylor chevrolet more than any other that I visited during my search for a car.
