Refused to correct issues, asked to take somewhere else.

While I cant speak for the sales department, avoid the service department at all costs. After multiple visits with my new truck, being patient while they tried multiple times to fix power steering failure which eventually resulted in being replaced the 4th time around. Come to find out they did not perform an alignment after this which resulted in bad tire wear a few months down the road when I was getting thumping sound in the front end along with steering wheel shake. I took it in and they moved the bad front tires to the rear and did an alignment. I was told that the rear was now shaking but that is "should" eventually wear properly. I said it was not acceptable as the tire wear was do to bad alignment on their part. They said they never did an alignment, which I have had other service departments confirm is not proper procedure after replacing steering rack components and why the alignment was off. After having to contact corporate support which they then contacted the dealer did I get them to replace the tires. Upon picking up the truck the steering wheel was not aligned correctly. I took it back and thought all was resolved with this issue. But later receiving a low tire pressure warning was when I realized that they never did the relearn for the TPMS system and tires were not linked to correct location on vehicle. I took it in to get this done, which they then rotated them again as well. After leaving the dealer I noticed bad shake in front end. Made appointment to take it in next day to get it looked at and received a call from Service Manager Mark Len asking me to please take it elsewhere. When asked why he stated it was because of a previous survey I filled out stating honestly how I felt about my service. Rather then try and correct the problem and make use of the survey he felt it would be better off not risking another negative survey and refused looking at my truck anymore.

Great service

Dealership gave me a same day appt. Lobby was user friendly, with comfy chairs and free wi-if so I could work. Great staff.

Great service

I was accommodated even though I did not have an appointment and it was already around 2pm. The service was completed in a short matter of time, and the waiting area and free wifi allowed me to continue working. Always a great customer service experience.

Excellent work

I arrived at the dealership late in the afternoon, they got me checked in and started working on my car. I'd say I was in there roughly a little over a hour an I was all set to go. Excellent!!!!

Headlight

I was extremely pleased with my last visit to the dealership after the not so happy visits and un-resolved issues with my headlight that led up to the lastest visit. I was listened to finally and my issue was researched and acted upon and now several weeks later my headlight is "still" working. I want to brag about the service manager who reached out to me personally, then did his research on my headlight and came up with possibly reasons for my issue with my headlight, but more importantly had solutions to those issues. I finally felt confident when I arrived and especially when I left the dealership that my headlight will finally work. I still check periodically to see if it is still working the headlight, but at least I feel better that if it is not, it's not because of a lack of caring or trying to get it fixed by the dealer. I also would like to Thank Brian C. our salesman who also personally got involved with my visits to get this situation corrected. Oil change

I was there for a recall. Not happy with having to bring a car in that was about a month old. And after having had 6 Honda's over the last 15 years, this doesn't promote a feeling of confidence in leaving Honda. But the staff at the dealer did their job perfectly.

I was greeted immediately by several employees. My salesman found out I was there in a matter of minutes and showed up to make sure I was being taken care of, I WAS. The service department was amazing. I was in and out in one hour with no appointment. VERY IMPRESSED!!

Oil change - quick this time!

Sometimes your oil changes take too long, however, this time they did get me in and out very quickly. I know that it depends upon how busy they are. Maybe they should have a quick oil station that does nothing but oil changes.
