Don is the best!

Own fleet of cars for several businesses and I have never written another review. Don in service has been outstanding. Mazda 3 has had couple of major issues and he has been on top of them from the get-go. Honest, sympathetic, knowledgeable...and most importantly, he actually tells you what's wrong, what he'll do to fix the problem, what it will cost...and when I ask, he tells me what he would do if it was his car! GREAT respect for the customer. Perfect example of treating the customer like he's important. Not rocket science...just kind of un-American lately!

Don is a great talker and did a lot of lying for his "mechanics" on why they would use second rate parts on new cars. Look at your work carefully. If you do not things will get done and you may never know what was done to get the end result.
