I arrived at Milton Ruben Chevrolet for service on my car and was greeted by a service advisor. After speaking with the service advisor about the items I needed service on and explained that I wanted them to check one other item on my vehicle. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. A little while later I was told that my vehicle was completed. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. Everyone was very professional and courteous during the time at this dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Everything went great except for the wait time. They told me it would be 1 hour and it took 2 hours. That's a little ridiculous for an oil change and tire rotation. All of the employees that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

Active duty Army, Iraq combat veteran, and have loyally owned and driven used market Chevrolet Trucks for the last 18 years. Today was going to be my first new-vehicle purchase, and I wanted to buy my first Chevrolet Silverado while I am at military training near Augusta GA. I request your assistance with an unprofessional sales experience I encountered on 6 April 2018 at Milton Ruben Chevrolet in Augusta GA. On 4 April 2018, I signed up for an Edmunds.com Price Promise for a VIN# (Chevrolet Silverado) for a price of $36,616, guaranteed until 18 April 2018. During my visit at the dealership today, the no-haggle price was not honored, nor did they honor their emailed, written commitment to help me get an even better deal on the price than already stated. I would still like to achieve a good deal on this vehicle. Debbie Lemmons from Milton Ruben sent me an email earlier in the day of 6 April stating “…Due to our commitment to increase sales this month, my management team is extremely motivated to make you an offer that under normal circumstances would not be considered and I would hate for you to miss out on these savings.” Since Milton Ruben obtained my contact information solely through my sign up for the Edmunds Price Promise, I believed they would be willing to negotiate with me for a deal better than the $36,616 guaranteed. That did not happen. The sales team first tried to offer me the Truck in question for over $41,000. When I mentioned the email and Edmunds price offer, they then attempted to offer me over $39,000. I asked to see the senior sales manager and showed him my Edmunds.com price promise certificate email, and he then stated that the offer was no longer available, regardless of the guaranteed price promise date of 18 April 2018. As I am active duty enlisted and still serving in the military, I can’t say how proud I was to be able to finally get approved financing and have a possible price point that would achieve my dream of being able to make my first new vehicle Silverado purchase with the vehicle options I need. I would rather not relive the details of the unpleasant and unprofessional experience that I encountered from the sales team, but I am still interested in achieving my goal of owning a brand new Silverado. My previous Chevrolet Trucks: 1997 S10 Blazer 4x4 (2000 to 2008); 2006 Colorado Crew Cab Z71 4x4 (2008-current). I can provide proof as needed for my certificate and the experience, including names of sales management individuals.

The Good- Mark, my salesman, was great. Very informative, knowledgeable and helpful. Good guy. Truck is outstanding. Bad- after talking about the warrenties, I elected to go with the standard warrenty, yet when the paperwork was filled out, I had to ask him why the price on the truck was higher and the finance manager had put the warrenty on the paperwork. Seemed like if I wasn't careful and checked over everything, he was trying to slip that in. The way he went about it made me feel that was the case. Also, the service department. I declined the bed cover that was already installed on the truck, dropped the truck off to get the bed cover taken off and the top of the tail gate replaced where it has been drilled into, plus to get the bed liner, sprayed in. Called up to see if the truck was ready and was told it was. When I came to pick it up, a friendly lady at the service desk had to check with everyone where the keys were. After 15 mins we find the keys and when I go to look at the bed liner I notice a line of drill holes in my tailgate. When I go back to the service department to let them know it was forgotten, the service manager asked if I was sure, and that said that he didn't know what I was talking about and if I could show him. The dealership installed and removes the bed covers, and has had to do this pretty common, but he service manager did not know and I had to show him, then he asked several times if I was sure it was supposed to be fixed. Now I to take the truck back in another time, to get the tail gate fixed. Overall, Mark was a great salesman. I don't feel like I can trust the Finance department. Service and sales defiantly have some Communication loss."|"

On the date indicated in the title of this review, I purchased the noted vehicle from Milton Ruben Motors. The entire buying experience from introduction to drive off was one of the most pleasant and efficient car buying experiences I can recall. Roger Chambers handled the presentation and coordination of the vehicles I chose to look at from the web page through to my final decision to buy the Hellcat with the highest degree of professionalism. The questions I asked were answered with facts and the test drive was conducted with pure purpose to present the vehicle in a true situation allowing capability to be evaluated on a level playing field. On the delivery date, Mr. Chambers went the extra mile to assist in loading the vehicle on a trailer for transport to my home. His dedication to customer service and the positive image he presented of Milton Ruben Motors contributed greatly to my decision to purchase. He is to be commended for his positive attitude and his sacrifice to the common goal of both the customer and Milton Ruben Motors. The Financial Advisor Donna also presented a positive image of Milton Ruben Motors. Her abilities as a finance manager are top notch and make the whole experience smooth, effective and concise. Her personality is conducive to allow a customer to feel at ease with a process that normally intimidates. She too is to be commended for her professional attitude and dedication to the transaction for both the customer and the dealership. I will definitely do business with Milton Ruben Motors again in the future and I will endorse Milton Ruben Motors to anyone asking for a referral.

Quick, courteous service! I had to call back after the appointment to find out the price difference between synthetic and synthetic-blend oil, since no one was able to answer my question while I was at the dealership. Also, no one reminded me that I had a parts order that had arrived for my vehicle, so I will have to return. I was,however, very pleased with the service time for the first oil change on my new Equinox.

This was my first time having a car serviced at a dealership of my own so I really did not know what to expect. I called to make an appointment and the representative on the phone took care of my needs promptly. The lady that greeted me when I arrived was extremely nice and friendly. As I waited in the lobby, some (not all) of the employees spoke to me in a friendly manner (or simply acknowledged my presence). Work was fast and efficient. When my car was done, the staff at the table was extremely nice and gave me my paperwork.
