onThis was my first time having a car serviced at a dealership of my own so I really did not know what to expect. I called to make an appointment and the representative on the phone took care of my needs promptly. The lady that greeted me when I arrived was extremely nice and friendly. As I waited in the lobby, some (not all) of the employees spoke to me in a friendly manner (or simply acknowledged my presence). Work was fast and efficient. When my car was done, the staff at the table was extremely nice and gave me my paperwork.
