Good price, good sales... the rest is tricky

The Good- Mark, my salesman, was great. Very informative, knowledgeable and helpful. Good guy. Truck is outstanding. Bad- after talking about the warrenties, I elected to go with the standard warrenty, yet when the paperwork was filled out, I had to ask him why the price on the truck was higher and the finance manager had put the warrenty on the paperwork. Seemed like if I wasn't careful and checked over everything, he was trying to slip that in. The way he went about it made me feel that was the case. Also, the service department. I declined the bed cover that was already installed on the truck, dropped the truck off to get the bed cover taken off and the top of the tail gate replaced where it has been drilled into, plus to get the bed liner, sprayed in. Called up to see if the truck was ready and was told it was. When I came to pick it up, a friendly lady at the service desk had to check with everyone where the keys were. After 15 mins we find the keys and when I go to look at the bed liner I notice a line of drill holes in my tailgate. When I go back to the service department to let them know it was forgotten, the service manager asked if I was sure, and that said that he didn't know what I was talking about and if I could show him. The dealership installed and removes the bed covers, and has had to do this pretty common, but he service manager did not know and I had to show him, then he asked several times if I was sure it was supposed to be fixed. Now I to take the truck back in another time, to get the tail gate fixed. Overall, Mark was a great salesman. I don't feel like I can trust the Finance department. Service and sales defiantly have some Communication loss."|"
