Did not even test drive car. Stole the floormatts and privacy shade on delivery day. Car was never cleaned for delivery. Car was brought down to have repaired twice, the first time they dropped my wife off at work but then refused to pick her up.
When I asked the general manager about this he stated "What are you going to do about it". Then I find out they never even test drove the car. (They wrote that right on the bill) Car could not pass Ma inspection. Lia [non-permissible content removed]...
