Quality Job

The seat cover on driver's seat was separating from the bottom of seat frame in my 2017 Nissan Titan. I was concerned that the seat was never going to be right, but Jeremie Turcotte and all involved with the repairs at the service department were very professional and did a quality job replacing seat cover. another great visit to Lia's service dept

Greeted in reception area by Jeremy Turcotte & Chris Rivera. They welcome me by name and approach me immediately. They know why I'm there and start the process without delay. Chris is my customer service guy, and out of nowhere, Ashley Deming appears.She's the Loyalty Manager and does her job exceptionally well. Very friendly, gets things done , always keeps you apprised of status, and makes you feel very comfortable.Chris is efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, polite, very customer service oriented and all around good guy! He proudly shows off a Nissan Award for service excellence at his station. well deserved. I have had many scheduled maintenance experiences at Lia Nissan of Enfield...every one better than the last. Most recently, two cabin filters needed to be changed, they quoted my wait time at 30 min. My Rogue was ready in 15 min. Everyone who passes through the waiting area smiles and says hi...always offer you water, snacks, coffee, etc. Next month I will visit them with my sister who is ready to trade in her leased Sentra..we're both looking forward to that! They are the # 1 dealership in CT as far as I am concerned.

On 7/22 I called service and Chris Rivera answered. I told Chris what was going on and told me to have the car brought in right away. I had the car towed in at 9:30am. By 4pm he called and explinaed the issue and told me he would order the parts and have the car ready the next day. He set me up with a rental and the next day as promised the car was ready. He was very friendly and helpful through out the process

Excellent Overall Service Experience

Upon arrival I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner, and we reviewed the work to be done. Jeremie Turcotte spoke with me regarding two additional service items for my consideration and explained what the issues were is a very clear manner. He was very customer oriented and a pleasure to work with. My entire experience was quick and easy. Good service shop.

I have been going to lia since I purchased my new 13 Sentra there 6 years ago. There has been a lot of turnover there. At one point I didn’t want to go back as the csr was horrible there. I have to say. This visit was the best I have had In years !!! Christopher was the best ! He was the one that helped me in the service dept with my appt and other questions I had. Even helped me on a issue and gave great advice that I did follow up on.

Well I have been to a Nissan dealer in central CT and was completely dissatisfied. I wasn’t sure what to expect at Lia but was pleasantly surprised. Both guys in the service reception area were great. The shop was really quick at figuring out what was wrong so it minimized my wait time. The cashier was awesome too. Great group of people. Coupon not honored

John from service won't honor your coupon" Just recieved a coupon in my email from nissan for a $10 prescheduled oil change , only honored on Wed and Thursdays. So I made appointment for Thursday, had coupon and they took my car. John from service never asked me if I wanted synthetic oil, he just charged me 20$ at the end, saying my car had to have synthetic oil. Umm no, I've owned lots of nissan and this isn't a high performance car and I know how to read my manual, it can take regular conventional oil. Thank you for thinking you pulled a fast one on me, but nope I kept my composure, smiled, left and called corporate. So shady. Honor the coupons and ask before you decide to upgrade, I came in only for the $10 oil change and now I'm never coming back. I know your location needs your numbers up, so a $10 oil change isn't something your into, but john, it's not your company. Please hire some ethical managers nissan.

Excellent Service Dept

I was there on 10/3 for some repair to my car. Prudence Doty was my Service Rep. Prudence has waited on me in the past and I've always had a great experience with her. Prudence is very knowledgeable in all aspects of work done on cars. She is very friendly and personable. I do hope that she will be there for years to come. Prudence is one of the main reasons I bring my car to LIA of Enfield to have it serviced. Denise B

Awful Service department

Bought a used car from them 8 months ago, brought it back 6 times under there 30 day warranty. They told me each time there was nothing wrong with the car. The last time they didn't even look under the hood. Brought the car to a different dealer and the entire engine needs to be rebuilt. So much for great customer service. Will never deal with Nissan again. Such a waste of time and money. Rude and horrible service department. also the guy who told me each time there was nothing wrong with my car apparently worked at a dealership that was specific brand to my car and still told me there was nothing wrong. This place is not where you want to bring your car or buy one for that matter and trust the company to put the time and effort into making sure you are driving away in a good car, instead they tell you to drive it 20 miles away to a different dealer because they are in capable of caring about other people who they sold cars to and just want to make sure there cars are safe to drive. Not yours. I feel 100% disrespected. My car is now being fixed properly and I won't have it back for a week.

Did not even test drive car. Stole the floormatts and privacy shade on delivery day. Car was never cleaned for delivery. Car was brought down to have repaired twice, the first time they dropped my wife off at work but then refused to pick her up. When I asked the general manager about this he stated "What are you going to do about it". Then I find out they never even test drove the car. (They wrote that right on the bill) Car could not pass Ma inspection. Lia [non-permissible content removed]...

A+ Parts and service

I had a defect in my tire of my new truck and the service department handled the swapping of my tire and Dane Bundy in the Parts department went above and beyond to handle getting the tire replaced. He took care of all the leg work and all I had to do was show up to pick up the tire.

Nissan Murano defective CVT transmissions on 2003's

I recently took my Murano into Lia Nissan of Enfield only to be greeted by a [violative content deleted] who proceeded to tell me that, "we don't care what the internet says, we have our own mechanics look at these." This comment was made after I showed her pages of complaints about the Nissan Murano transmission problems from Edmunds.com. Then the service manager, Barry told me that people get pumped up on all the information and that is usually false. Well, all the information that I had from the website, Edmunds.com was right on. I had to pay an additional $94.00 to Lia for something I already knew. It should be pointed out that I DROVE my car to the Nissan dealer on Thursday afternoon with several short hesitations upon start up on the way over. When I came to pick the Murano up, it would not move forwards or backwards. Why? What did they do that caused a total failure of the transmission? I should be totally refunded the money for the diagnostic for this alone. I want to know exactly what they did to disable this vehicle. When asked about fixing it, I was told by Barry that they could get a "used" transmission for $200-2500.00 that did not include labor taking out or putting the used one in, and of course there would be NO warranty on this. What are you people peddling over there?? Is this how a "first Class" Nissan dealer runs there operation. I would be embarassed to have presented such a ridiculous proposition for fixing the car. I have submitted a formal complaint with the NHTSA and will pursue a concerted effort with a class action suit against Nissan Motors, Lia Nissan. The attorney generals office will also be notified along with the BBB. You people ought to be ashamed of what you have done to honest hard working people who buy unaware of defects.
