Gold Star Salesman!

Sales guy had tried to get this poor shlub (me) get a car with awful credit, and we just couldn't get it done. Fast forward 3 years later, and this same poor shlub walked back in the door looking for a new car with very good credit. Not only did he recognize me, but remembered some parts of our previous failed attempt on the spot! I walked out the door with a brand new car, and will forever recommend Grant as a go to when you walk through the doors!

Easy Breezy

My family and I recently purchased a car at Lia Nissan of Enfield, CT. The customer service I received at the dealership was priceless. My only issue was with the service department - you can see the mechanics working on the cars do not wear masks. As I was standing by the see-through doors watching them, a mechanic came from the men’s bathrooms and walked right past me without a mask. Granted he was just going back into the service area which is only a couple yards from the men’s bathroom but I nearly had a heart attack. The manager assured me that all cars are fully disinfected before returning them to customers - this was good to hear. Aside from that, I only saw one salesman, sitting at a window-facing desk, who did not have his mask over his nose. All the other personnel at this dealership was wearing a mask the right way. My salesman, Miquel Aponte, was fully attentive to COVID protocols: he had his mask on at all times, he worked behind Plexiglas and kept using hand sanitizer all throughout the paper work. I would like to extend my gratitude to him for same. At this dealership the whole buying process from start to finish was easy breezy. We asked for an OTD (out-the-door) price, including any associated dealer fees. I did some research on the car by visiting Edmunds.com. I also watched Kevin Hunter and our Auto Advocate YouTube videos to learn about the car-buying process. I suggest buyers familiarize themselves with the ins and outs of car buying before buying a car - - doing so ensures a smooth and fast car buying transaction for both the sales persons and buyers. Miguel Aponte was wonderful. We give him an A+ for professionalism, A+ for integrity, A+ for being respectful and an A++ for COVID-19 protocols. Lia’s sales manager, Chris Bombara, was also a pleasure to work with. He was disarming and respectful and had helped smooth out a couple wrinkles toward the end of the deal. All in all, impressive customer service at Lia Nissan. Customers will remember how a business made them feel - - if you perfect customer care, you’ll always have repeat customers. Lia Nissan’s quality of customer care has earned our respect - we will most definitely return.

Quality Job

The seat cover on driver's seat was separating from the bottom of seat frame in my 2017 Nissan Titan. I was concerned that the seat was never going to be right, but Jeremie Turcotte and all involved with the repairs at the service department were very professional and did a quality job replacing seat cover. No Stress!

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Nissan Rouge SV. I worked with Grant Schlosstein & it was a great experience. What I liked the most was that he listened to everything I said & did his very best & accomplished anything I needed/wanted right down to the little things. I was very comfortable throughout this process. He wasnt pushy & only focused on what I wanted not trying to push me in another direction. The staff at Missan Enfield were all very friendly. I was so comfortable there. This Nissan is 40 min away & I will drive there again just due to the service. End result, I got EXACTLY what I wanted and then some!

another great visit to Lia's service dept

Greeted in reception area by Jeremy Turcotte & Chris Rivera. They welcome me by name and approach me immediately. They know why I'm there and start the process without delay. Chris is my customer service guy, and out of nowhere, Ashley Deming appears.She's the Loyalty Manager and does her job exceptionally well. Very friendly, gets things done , always keeps you apprised of status, and makes you feel very comfortable.Chris is efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, polite, very customer service oriented and all around good guy! He proudly shows off a Nissan Award for service excellence at his station. well deserved. I have had many scheduled maintenance experiences at Lia Nissan of Enfield...every one better than the last. Most recently, two cabin filters needed to be changed, they quoted my wait time at 30 min. My Rogue was ready in 15 min. Everyone who passes through the waiting area smiles and says hi...always offer you water, snacks, coffee, etc. Next month I will visit them with my sister who is ready to trade in her leased Sentra..we're both looking forward to that! They are the # 1 dealership in CT as far as I am concerned.

I am a second time lease customer & have all of my maintenance done at Lia Nissan Enfield. Everyone from start to finish knows who you are, is extremely customer oriented, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. I am always greeted by name & told approx. how long the service will take. I never have to wait, always honor my appointment time & the service is always top notch. These folks really care about their customers & want them to come back. I recommend them to everyone I know & my sister also leases through Lia. She, too, is extremely pleased & lives over 50 miles away, so she has choices.

On 7/22 I called service and Chris Rivera answered. I told Chris what was going on and told me to have the car brought in right away. I had the car towed in at 9:30am. By 4pm he called and explinaed the issue and told me he would order the parts and have the car ready the next day. He set me up with a rental and the next day as promised the car was ready. He was very friendly and helpful through out the process

I have been going to lia since I purchased my new 13 Sentra there 6 years ago. There has been a lot of turnover there. At one point I didn’t want to go back as the csr was horrible there. I have to say. This visit was the best I have had In years !!! Christopher was the best ! He was the one that helped me in the service dept with my appt and other questions I had. Even helped me on a issue and gave great advice that I did follow up on.

Well I have been to a Nissan dealer in central CT and was completely dissatisfied. I wasn’t sure what to expect at Lia but was pleasantly surprised. Both guys in the service reception area were great. The shop was really quick at figuring out what was wrong so it minimized my wait time. The cashier was awesome too. Great group of people. Coupon not honored

John from service won't honor your coupon" Just recieved a coupon in my email from nissan for a $10 prescheduled oil change , only honored on Wed and Thursdays. So I made appointment for Thursday, had coupon and they took my car. John from service never asked me if I wanted synthetic oil, he just charged me 20$ at the end, saying my car had to have synthetic oil. Umm no, I've owned lots of nissan and this isn't a high performance car and I know how to read my manual, it can take regular conventional oil. Thank you for thinking you pulled a fast one on me, but nope I kept my composure, smiled, left and called corporate. So shady. Honor the coupons and ask before you decide to upgrade, I came in only for the $10 oil change and now I'm never coming back. I know your location needs your numbers up, so a $10 oil change isn't something your into, but john, it's not your company. Please hire some ethical managers nissan.

Lied to

I went in on Dec 29th for the $188 sign and drive lease for the 2015 Sentra. I called before going in to make sure they had this deal still on the lot. Kimberly assured me that the $188 sign and drive, True Blue, no money down lease was still going on and they had many of them on the lot to choose from (still have the voicemail on my phone). We went in and test drove a Sentra and decided to move forward with the lease. When negotiating the deal, Stephen informed me that there would be an additional $1,630 needed to be paid from us for “fees”. I pulled the deal up on my iphone and he brought that in to the Sales Manager, Will, to show him the $188 sign and drive, no money down, True Blue lease (“just sign and drive”). Will came back with Stephen this time and said he realized that we were looking for this deal, but unfortunately those two Sentra’s were no longer on the lot. But if we met him halfway and paid $814 that Lia would pick up the other half of the fees for us. My wife and I talked about it and decided that the deal was too good to pass up and decided to go with it. Will told us that our lease would be $188 plus tax. I was then passed off to Stew for the final signing. Stew pointed out that there was tax added on to the 188 that would be added to the payment. I told him I knew that and understood. When signing the paperwork, I asked Stew why the payment was $223? He stated, it is because he added the taxes in for me. I took him at his word and finished signing the paperwork. Much to my dismay, I reviewed the paperwork because $40 in taxes seemed pretty high to me. Come to find out Stew lumped the $814 that Lia was going to pick up as their half and put it in to the cost of the vehicle. So it made my base payment go to $210.62 instead of $188. I fell for the old bait and switch. I do understand that I signed the lease, but had I had the time to do the math, I never would’ve signed it because I didn’t agree to have that $814 rolled in to my cost. I agreed to a payment of $188 a month plus tax with Lia meeting me halfway with the other $814. The way my payment works out now is $210.62 + 13.37 tax for a total of $223.99. I understand that $22.62 a month doesn’t seem like a big deal, but over the course of the lease that adds up. I called on Dec. 30th to point this out and asked if they can make this right for me. I'm out $814 over the life of the lease. I asked if maybe they could offer me oil changes or maintenance to help offset this and haven't heard from anyone. You can make this right and I hope you will. Next stop is the BBB to point this out.
