2002 Buick engine service soon light

This was the 2nd time I was charged for a diagnostic of the "engine service soon" light being on. The first " fix " recommended was use better gas. The 2nd time was when they actually fixed the problem with oxygen sensor which happened to be the original cause of the light being on.
