Exceptional service! Second time in for the same problem. Several employees were involved in the repair process. Thanks to Ash for noticing the disconnect from the back hatch. Blake even delivered my vehicle to PVH as my husband was hospitalized. Thank you! Kimarie~

Michael Ray very professional and nice to work with. Very understanding that I had problems with paying for this repair. Very informative, set up a meeting with diesel mechanic. Mechanic also very informative and pleasant as well as knowledgeable and did a good job.

Blake was very professional to work with. He listened to what I thought the problem was, told me it sounded accurate but they would do their examination first, outlined those costs and then came to me with the problem and exactly how much it would cost to fix along with expected time frame of completion. No up-selling, just straightforward communication and the decision was mine whether to have the work done or not. Excellent service!

My 3 girls and I stopped in for an oil change the week of Christmas. While it took longer than we were told, I was not upset and didn't expect any sort of discount. When the car was ready, Blake apologized several times and gave us our services for free. Customer service is still alive and can be found in Blake at Markley!
