I just purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 BMW x5 at Roseville BMW. The experience was both pleasant and professional throughout. I started my search online and communicated with Cammie W. (the Internet Sales Manager). She was very helpful and provided me with timely information. Based on my email exchanges, my husband and I went to the dealership. There we worked with John M., who like Cammie, was professional, courteous and helpful. In the week since I purchased the vehicle, I've had two occasions to return to the dealership for very minor reasons (I left a charging cord in my trade-in vehicle and there were a couple of paint chips that needed to be touched up). John has been on-site both times and again has treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. I am particularly impressed with my recent experiences at Roseville BMW because I had a very bad experience at this dealership back in 2003 when I was looking to purchase the car I just traded in. The changes that have been made in the intervening years are impressive. Very pleasant car buying experience!
