onWe used the Internet feature offered at the dealership, receiving our certificate from Edmunds.com with the car we wanted and the VIN number.
We were called by the Internet Rep, Marques B. and met with him on Sunday around noon.
My husband test drove the exact car, we loved it and told Marques lets talk.
Within thirty minutes we had our car at the price on the certificate.
My husband put it best, "if all car buying was as easy as this, we'd buy a new Mercedes every three years and not wait 15 years to replace our E320."
Our sales rep was the best.
Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and even laughed at my husband's jokes.
We were planning on paying cash for the car but the finance manager explained that by using M/B
financing, with the low interest rate, we would not have to sell some of our mutual funds.
Overall the whole experience was awesome.
So many friendly people who went out of their way to be helpful.
