Best Experience Ever

Purchasing a car from Mercedes Benz Ontario has been by far the best experience compared to other dealerships, including other Mercedes Benz locations. If/when we get a new car I am planning to return to this location. There is a Mercedes Benz car dealership 10 minutes away from home but because of the excellent service I received at Mercedes Benz Ontario I am willing and happy to drive 2 hours. Sales Consultant Ali Ferdaous was very professional, respectful, and understanding of our situation. He was honest and made me feel a valued customer throughout our interaction. He went above and beyond to explain the car features, helping me to set up my phone, adjust my seat, and even adjusting the trunk of the car! We purchased that car during late evening hours but Ali took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. He followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything was going well and we didn't have additional questions. Sales Manager Yogi Kang was also very helpful and professional. He understood that we had drove 1 hour to buy a car at their location and was willing to work with us and meet our expectations. He was professional, friendly, and patient. Finance Director Johnny Jabbour explained the contract and options in detail, making sure that we understood every document we were signing and that all the information given was accurate. He was funny and friendly, we really enjoyed interacting with him. The customer service was more than excellent. We went back home driving a new car and super happy because they made us feel appreciated as customers. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and we hope to be back soon!

Went to the dealership for leasing end processes. Mr. Hossam/Sam Elayoty, Sr. Manager, helped me to make the whole process smooth and gave me a reasonable deal for new 2022 GLC. Not so easy during this inventory shortage time, but Sam was doing his best to make it reasonable and as helpful as possible. Thanks a lot!

I ordered the car off MB's website, it took around 8 months to finally get it, considering all the new market conditions brought by COVID-19 they were willing to work with us to find ways to close the deal so we could leave with our custom brand new car 😁

Easy, smooth transaction

This time, signing a new lease contract with Mercedes was a real challenge. Because of the Covid crisis my new CLA 250 was nowere to be found in my area. Ontario was the one that gave me the best price on my old and new car. Sadie was the dealer that helped me with everything trough the process and she was right on top of it. She made everything possible when was impossible. I'm so happy with the service, from the beginning to the end and to have Sadie as my dealer. I love my new car and so well worth it the waiting.

Beyond Exceptional!!!

As returning customers I must say it only gets better!!! I cannot thank the entire team that made it happen enough! Ali, yogi and Johnny. These 3 are our to go to’s! I can truly say they’ve gone above and beyond for my husband and I!! From start to finish they made us feel completely comfortable, no hidden fees no pressure!! We initially walked in to purchase one vehicle our family vehicle, and then we quickly fell in love with an S class! Needless to say we mentioned it to Ali and he quickly got all over it, we’re then told by yogi that we could take both vehicles! A brand new GLS and S class. If there’s one thing I know for sure is that this team will make it happen!!!! We ended up settling for our GLS because we already have an E class, needless to say we will be returning in a couple of months for that S class. With a team like the one we have I wouldn’t trade it for anything!! Keep up the great work gentlemen, they are like family!

This was my 9Th purchase from this dealership. I’ve always dealt with Afshin, but I’m sure all of the associates are just as polite, and professional as Afshin. If you are in the market for a new Mercedes-Benz, and you want a new hassle, no pressure associate, Afshin will graciously assist you. When the deal is done, and it’s time to sign all your paperwork, ask for Frank in finance. He will walk you through all of the Final paperwork signing, and assist you with any additional add-ons if you want, again with no pressure to purchase the add-ons, just a very detailed explanation of each. Then you make the decision to purchase, or not to purchase.
