Ree is the best!

I’ve been going to Ontario MB for over 5 years now! The staff is so helpful and kind. I’ve worked with Ree three times this year and he is the BEST. Very responsive and communication is key when getting your car service.

Price discrepancy

Only problem was I was told by serv advisor B service was $599. When I went in I was told it was $729 so my guy calls someone and asked what they say it was and they said the say $629 and if anything has to be added. My problem is there doesn't seem to be a set price for services??? but I was very satisfied with my price and my service advisor. Very pleasant and nice.

A History of Excellence

I would like to acknowledge Phili Gipson and his assistant who worked together to make sure that I got my tie rim fix before leaving for a permanent move to Texas. Phil was not in when I called and I had been told that there was no opening before my day to move..,this was relayed to Phil and I received a call from him bring my car in for service. This is the kind of service I have received from Phil over the last 4 years, he has Always stayed calm, professional and collected when I came in ALL shaken up about my car issues…reminding me that my car will be well taken care and Always keeping me updated while my car was being serviced. My husband and I sure wish he would move to Texas, SMILE 😊.

This was my first visit at MB of Ontario. I was checked in by my service advisor, Baily Mitchell. She was friendly and professional. I decided to wait. Everyone was friendly and I was offered water twice while waiting. Upon completion of the A service, Baily explained in detail what was done and future recommendations. They even washed my car at no charge before I left. The person that handed me the keys asked if he could get me another bottle of water. This will be my go-to dealership for all services of my car and my next Mercedes! Thank you MB of Ontario for the excellent service I received! EH.
