First time Mercedes buyer and was very impressed. Wonderful experience. Great customer service, no pressure sales people and extremely helpful and nice. Arnold was great! He worked hard to find the car I really thought was impossible to find. He found it but there was no pressure to purchase it. Everyone from Finance Manager to receptionist was friendly and helpful.
