I had an amazing experience here from drop off to picking up my vehicle. My advisor Allison, she helped us quickly, was humorous and very informative in keeping me updated on my vehicle. This will be my go to dealer from now on. Everyone is nice and when going to pick up my car it was no super long wait like most service dealers. 10/10 experience thank you.

Great service and competitive pricing

I had a bolt in my one of the two tires I had recently bought there, and Daisy was more than happy to help me. She not only made sure she got my tire replaced under warranty, but she also gave me a great deal on replacing the front tires that were at the end of their road. She also let me use a loaner vehicle to save me the trouble of having to wait for the work to be done. I will always ask for Daisy on my future service visits.

Recall and a free car wash!!

I received a recall notice from the manufacturer. Called Daisy to set up an appointment. She was cordial and very professional. She was there when I checked in my car and offered to have two additional software items fixed. All that and they washed my car! Estimated time was accurate. Waiting area was comfortable.

Car door and radio station

My car door still don’t open. The radio stations to go to the same channel. pretty much I bought the car in for nothing. I have recordings of how many times I try to open the door and it doesn’t open. very bad customer service.
