Worst car car buying experience EVER!

Does not honor advertised price EVEN if you go with their financing. We agreed to price, allowed them to run credit (good score of 720+) and then they kept coming back with different price, loan term etc. Higher price = lower rate, lower price = higher rate, with variance of 6 points. Absolutely no transparency.

Great service in person, needs better follow up

Justin was great during the sale and worked with us on getting the financing that worked best for us. Only issue is that we noticed a tail light broken as we were walking out to the car. No issues. Can you let us know if this can be taken care of? After a couple of calls and emails, we never heard back. We realized we noticed this after the sale, and we were willing to pay for the repairs if it couldn't be covered by the dealership. In short, it just would have been nice to have a follow up.

Liberty Buick sets the standard in service. Our salesman Brad was beyond the standard and so it's a new standard. I doubt any other car salesman will hit his level of professional,personable and detail! I'm 65 and bought a few cars overgĝ my life. Brad Is unworldly in his ability to be personable and pay attention with a down to earth approach.lt can't be beat. If you go to Liberty Buick and ask for Brad. You will agree even if you don't buy!!!

This is the BEST vehicle purchase experience I have had in my whole life! From my salesperson, Charles MacDonald, to the Finance Manager, Michael Ebert. Both were awesome to work with and they did everything in making my purchase easy and enjoyable. They honestly did all of the hard work from getting the exact car I wanted to the financing approved through GM Finance, a huge surprise! I am a customer for life. Car Buying Made Easy

Buying a vehicle causes a variety of emotions. It is ultimately super exciting to drive off in a new vehicle but the process getting to this point is often tedious and long. I was expecting this when I went to Liberty Buick to possibly purchase a new (to me) vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised that this wasn’t the case. My Salesperson, Justin, was eager to help, very personable and extremely patient. He was determined to help me find a car I loved without the typical sales pressure. Justin found the perfect vehicle for me and for a price I was willing to pay. Everything went seamlessly and before I knew it, I was driving off in my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Justin at Liberty Buick if you are in need of help finding a new vehicle.
