Oil change / tire rotation

onWhen I arrived I was greeted and checked in with someone other than my normal service advisor - nice & friendly.
When my vehicle was ready my service advisor called me to the counter. Once again they charged me for the tire rotation, which should have been free since I bought the tires from them. ( second time this has happened). She did the remove the charge but was not happy I noticed.
I was told my tires needed changing - like very soon. But when I wanted to arrange to do that I was told the tire sale ended that day ( it really ended 2 days later). My advisor told me she would email me tire quotes that same day.
I made a stop on the way home and when I started my car the “ oil change required” light came on. Second time now that they did not reset the mileage for that after my oil change. I did not receive any email from them on tire quotes.

The next day I called the number on my paperwork I was to call if I was unhappy for any reason. This girl talked very fast and made excuses for everything.
She did make sure my advisor called me with tire quotes and I now have an appointment to get new tires put on.
