Horrible Customer Service

onSchedualed full service oil change and tire rotation for 7:00 am. Was sent to express lube at 7:30- oil change was completed 2 hours later . Told service manager to forget tire rotation as I didnt have 2 additional hours to wait for tire rotation. Service manager offer no apologies for poor service or being sent to express lube.

Hi Mr. Kaisler: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. This certainly is not the service we strive to provide our guests. All of our oil changes are put thru our Express Lube, but you should have received priority as you had an appointment. We are so sorry for the delay and are having our manager reach out to you now. Thank you for the feedback and for the opportunity to make things right.
