At first everything went well. It was a typical dealership that lists the car high ($2000 over edmunds listed value). I had to show the edmunds reports & listings of similar cars cheaper to get the price brought down. I bought a 1 year old crossover SUV. Once a deal was agreed upon their attitudes changed. They were no longer as friendly. The finance manager was very rude to me when I tried to read everything I was signing & acted like I was wasting his time. When I declined gap coverage (after checking with my insurance company & finding the dealerships was ridiculous) the finance manager treated me like I was stupid and tried to convince me that if I didn't buy it I would be out $5000-$7000 just for not buying it. I had already done my research and knew this not to be true. The car had some minor cleaning needs that were not taken care of when I went to pick up the car. They tried to rush me out of the lot once I was given the keys. All total, I was in the dealership for 7 hours over 2 days. 3 days after purchase the "change oil" & "low tire" messages appeared on my dash screen. While purchasing the car I specifically asked when the last oil change was and was told 2 weeks prior. I had to call the dealership who swear they changed the oil and just forgot to reset the car when they did it. I have no way of knowing if they're lying or not (though after everything else I'm inclined not to believe them) but had to take the car back in to have it checked. A week after purchase they called to tell me there was a problem w/ my registration b/c of the finance company and I would have to pay more. I called the finance company myself to find out the only problem was that the dealership would not submit a copy of my drivers license or my last check stub (both of which I gave them). I had to fax them to the finance company myself for the loan to be finalized. After that I never heard from the dealership again. I would never go back to this dealership. I realize there is some dishonesty since they are car salesmen however I was treated rudely, made to feel stupid, was lied to to try and get more money AFTER the purchase & immediately had an issue with the car. If you go to this dealership make sure you do your research on the price of the car and everything that goes into the deal. I made all of my decisions based on educated research and refused to let them bully me. The only reason I didn't leave the dealership & buy somewhere else was b/c I was in another state (my car broke down and I had to buy another one 700 miles from home) and they were the only dealership that had the exact car I wanted.

I agree 100%. I went over there last weekend. I was looking for a little cheaper car. They behaved as if they don't care about small business.
