I had heard how underhanded these people were but wanted to give them a chance because I was a believer in shopping locally. I was given a price on a vehicle which I was led to believe included tax, license, and all other fees. I had been doing a lot of shopping on line and this price was comparable to what I had found in Spokane. At this point I made the mistake of trusting these people and not fully understanding what they had put into the contract. Perhaps the biggest mistake other than going there in the first place, was feeling good about buying an extended warranty for half price. This is where I believe they caught me off guard. The numbers weren't adding up but I thought it was just because of the warranty. At the end of the day they took that quoted price and added all the taxes and other fees which I still believed were included in the original quote. When I confronted them about the price difference I was told that they would never quote a price that included taxes and other fees. As for the pricing information I found online I was told it was not accurate and confusing to consumers. I believe these people are very deceitful at best in their practices and should be avoided. I strongly urge you to stay as far away from this place as possible. The only reason I gave them one star is because there was no provision to give a negative rating. I believe that it is practices like this that compel people to do their buying in Spokane.

Dear Customer, I am sorry that you did not feel you could contact someone at the dealership. We have an open door policy here, the Owner or Sales Manager will always see you if they are here. The taxes and warranty are not included in the quoted price at dealerships. It would be like going to Wal-Mart and having tax included in the advertised price. Our finance Manager does a very good job of explaining the fees. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are aware of them by having you initial next to the fees. At any time during the process you could have chosen to walk away or ask to speak with a manager if you felt you were being treated unfairly. I am Debbie the Public Relations contact and I personally call every person who buys a vehicle from us to make sure they are happy and satisfied with how everything went. When there is a problem I take it to the owner and every time he has fixed it with in a day. Since I started here I have had very few complaints and an overwhelming amount of happy and satisfied customers. This dealership cares a lot about their customers and employees and it really hurts to see any bad press on the internet when there is no name backing it up. Some people also just have buyer’s remorse and they wished they would have never purchased anything and then they blame the dealer or bank or some other than themselves for making a bad decision.
