Dishonest employees

onI had the worst service, they were rude and very disrespectful and dishonest. My bill was changed to reflect a higher amount and when I asked about why my bill was so high I was told they added a bunch of charges that was not valid. When they was caught in a few lies regarding my bill thats when the begin being very rude. The two Burien employees that gave me a hard time was Brandy and Raffale the front desk agent. My concern is that they rip people off all the time and I don’t feel comfortable with them handing my billing or car service as it appeared a fee of them was in on the scam. I did make a report to Dennis the service manager but have not heard anything back from him yet. I’m still waiting on a call back regarding this horrible experience .
