Phoebe with customer service at the Va Beach Checkered Flag is outstanding. He handled all of my needs with recalls on my Cayenne and more. He had a loaner ready at the door and on time. I was in and out in mins. I feel he truly cares about his job and puts the customer first. He has also answered many of my questions about items i didn't understand about my Porsche. Thank You Phoebe
