I just purchased a used vehicle from Richard Cypress at sheehy VW Springfield, va. It was the best experience in a long time in purchasing a vehicle. I loved the dedication and pride that he took in servicing me. He showed me great respect and an outstanding customer service. He delivered the product as promise. Therefore, I will always recommend him and this dealership to my friends.
