Dealership Sales Review

Well except for the tornado and network crash
Written by 11/09/2010
onDid my homework on the internet and found that with financing deals, etc it made more sense to go with a 2010 (new) than an 11 or used. Then called around for what was available. Got internet quotes from USAA and Edmunds. Then called to refine prices and then dickered via phone an internet. Two companies refused to give an out the door price (see reviews). Then visited dealers to look at the cars. These guys had offered the best price and had the colors we were looking for.
No real pressure. Did a test drive, considered colors, started paperwork. Their computer network crashed. Could not get it up filled out what we could. Came back the next day to finish. Tornado passed the front window of the showroom about 10 minutes after we left.
Oh and what we actually paid was $200 less than phone quote.
