Worst Service Ever

onWhat an awful experience with the service at Heritage. So many things were done wrong. Few examples not doing what they said they were going to do, forgetting to put parts back on the car that were necessary, and not touching the car when you have an appointment. If you want to have a horrible experience go to them. The service manager also likes to talk to you like you are an idiot and that you know nothing. I know i am not the first to experience horrible service from them. Good luck if you have to bring your car here. They do not care about customer service clearly.
