My experience with Doug Smith has been one of ease, comfort, and understanding. I was NEVER pressured into buying something that I didn't want nor could I afford. Their Sales Rep. Klay K was understanding of my situation and did everything in his power to do a deal that I was comfortable with. He walked me through each and every step of the way in my buying experience. He gave me the time that I required to really think about the deal before we agreed to its details.
